Counselling & Psychotherapy
We are very passionate about our work and we love what we do. One of the first things that we will discuss together is what you would like to get out of our time together in therapy. Our goal will be to allow you to bring your own agenda into the therapy space which is safe and non-judgemental. We will work at a pace that you are comfortable with.
Our work may include reflecting and exploring together your thoughts feelings and behaviours, as well as difficulties you may be experiencing in your day to day life or links to your past that may be holding you back.
